Company Profile
MacroAsia Corporation (MAC), formerly Infanta Mineral & Industrial Corporation (IMIC), was incorporated on February 16, 1970 to primarily engage in the business of geological exploration and development. On January 26, 1994, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the change in IMIC's primary purpose to that of a holding company, and its corporate name to Cobertson Holdings Corporation. In November 1995, the SEC approved again the change in corporate name to the present one. MAC began commercial operations as a holding company under its amended charter in 1996.

MAC, through its subsidiaries and associates, is engaged in aviation-support businesses at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), Manila Domestic Airport, Mactan-Cebu International Airport, Kalibo International Airport, Davao International Airport, and the General Aviation Areas. The group provides aircraft maintenance, repairs and overhaul services, in-flight catering services, airport ground handling services, charter flight services, and operates a special economic zone at the NAIA. MAC also operates/develops the sole economic zone within the NAIA.

The Company operates through its eight subsidiaries which include MacroAsia Catering Services, Inc.; MacroAsia Airport Services Corporation; MacroAsia Properties Development Corporation; MacroAsia Air Taxi Services, Inc.; First Aviation Academy, Inc.; MacroAsia Mining Corporation; Allied Water Services Inc.; and Tera Information and Connectivity Solutions, Inc. MAC also has three affiliates namely, Lufthansa Technik Philippines, Inc.; Cebu Pacific Catering Services, Inc; and Japan Airport Service Corporation.
