The Company's core businesses, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, are divided into tankering, passage, freight, tugboat services, and logistics services.

As of December 31, 2022, C's subsidiaries are Chelsea Shipping Corp.; Trans-Asia Shipping Lines, Incorporated; TASLI Services Incorporated; Worklink Services, Inc.; Starlite Ferries, Inc.; and The Supercat Fast Ferry Corporation.
