Ginebra San Miguel, Inc. (GSMI), incorporated on July 10, 1987, is a majority-owned subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation, one of the largest and most diversified conglomerates in the Philippines. The ultimate parent company is Top Frontier Investment Holdings, Inc. Initially engaged in the manufacture and sale of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, GSMI refocused its operations exclusively on alcoholic beverages after divesting its non-alcoholic assets to San Miguel Brewery Inc. in April 2015.
The company’s flagship product, Ginebra San Miguel, is a household name and a leading gin brand in the Philippines. GSMI’s extensive product portfolio also includes other popular alcoholic beverages, such as:
