Metro Alliance Holdings & Equities Corp. (MAH), formerly Marsman & Company, Inc., was incorporated on October 15, 1929 as a management and trading company. The Company and its subsidiaries are primarily involved in contract logistics. The Securities and Exchange Commission approved the Company's change in name to the present one on October 11, 1999.MAH's subsidiary is Metro Combined Logistics Solutions, Inc. (MCLSI), formerly GAC Logistics, Inc., is in the business of contract logistics and supply chain management services, including third party warehousing and distribution, consultancy and project management and value-added services to customers throughout the Philippines. MCLSI is 51%-owned by MAH through a joint venture agreement with Gulf Agency Company.The Company's non-operating subsidiaries include Consumer Products Distribution Services, Inc.; FEZ-EAC Holdings, Inc.; Zuellig Distributors, Inc.; and Asia Healthcare, Inc.Source: SEC Form 17-A (2023)
