Company Profile
Raslag Corp. (ASLAG) was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on April 30, 2013. The Company's primary purpose is to develop, construct and operate power production facilities, sell the power capacity and energy produced, and maintain related facilities to connect the power production facility to the transmission grid or distribution system.

On October 22, 2013, the SEC approved the amendment of the Company's primary purpose to include the exploration, development or utilization of renewable energy (RE) resources, actual operation of RE system and facilities, and/or the generation of electricity from RE resources.

The main product of ASLAG is the supply of power generated from renewable energy, specifically solar. The Company develops, owns, and operates solar power plants to provide utility-scale renewable energy to grid customers such as distribution utilities, electric cooperatives, retail electricity suppliers, directly-connected customers, and wholesale or bulk users.

The Company has three solar power projects – RASLAG-1, RASLAG-2, and RASLAG-3. RASLAG-1 and RASLAG-2 operate under the feed-in tariff scheme of the government. While RASLAG-3 is a merchant plant in the wholesale electricity spot market. The Company's projects are all based in Pampanga.
