Repower Energy Development Corporation (REDC) was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 29, 2013. The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pure Energy Holdings Corporation, an investment holding company that engages primarily in renewable energy generation and water system management and distribution.
REDC is a run-of-river hydropower developer using a clustered approach method whereby several projects are located in a target area, thereby providing shared economies of scale through the common use of facilities such as distribution and transmission lines.
The Company currently owns and operates hydropower plants in Laguna, Quezon, and Camarines Sur, and has ongoing constructions in Quezon and Bukidnon.
