Manila Water Company, Inc. (MWC), incorporated on January 6, 1997, is a premier provider of water treatment, sewerage, and sanitation services, delivering reliable distribution and management services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Originally established as a joint venture among Ayala Corporation (AC), United Utilities Pacific Holdings, BV, and Mitsubishi Corporation, MWC became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayala Corporation in 2010.
