The company was incorporated on June 12, 1912, as Bulletin Publishing Company and re-incorporated on September 25, 1959, as Bulletin Publishing Corporation. On June 22, 1989, the corporate name was amended to its present one.Since then, the company has evolved into a multimedia entity, offering products, brands, and services across multiple platforms, including newspapers, tabloids, magazines, social media accounts, email newsletters, events, podcasts, and video.The Manila Bulletin, one of the leading newspapers in the country, is published seven days a week, along with the tabloid newspaper Tempo. Balita, formerly a tabloid, is exclusively published online in Filipino.The company also publishes full-color magazines catering to various sectors of the reading public, such as Agriculture, Animal Scene, and Wedding Essentials.
