Euro-Med Laboratories Philippines, Inc. (EURO) was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 29, 1988. Upon receipt of the licenses and product registration approvals from the Food and Drug Administration Philippines, EURO began commercial production in 1991.EURO is engaged in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products such as large and small volume parenteral and other solutions. The Company also manufactures sterile water for injection, and other solutions such as ophthalmic, inhalation, irrigation and dialysis. EURO is likewise engaged in the toll manufacturing of pharmaceutical products in liquid form.The Company's subsidiaries are Hemotek Renal Center, Inc., which is engaged as a dialysis center; and CafeFrance Corp., which is engaged to operate restaurants, bakeries, food services, catering, food production, and other related services.Source: SEC Form 17-A (2023)
