Company Profile
AREIT, Inc. (AREIT) was incorporated on September 4, 2006 as a real estate company. The Company was originally known as One Dela Rosa Property Development, Inc. before changing its name to the present one on June 28, 2019. The Company operates as a real estate investment trust (REIT) whose principal investment strategy is to invest in income-generating real estate. To meet the investment criteria, a potential new property should be located in a prime location in either Metro Manila or key provinces in the Philippines; be primarily focused on commercial operations; and have stable occupancy, tenancy, and income operations. The Company's sponsor is Ayala Land, Inc. As of December 31, 2022, AREIT's property portfolio consists of Grade A office buildings located in Makati City, Pasig City, Muntinlupa City, Negros Occidental, and Cebu, one commercial development in Pasig City, and industrial lots in Laguna Technopark.
