VistaREIT, Inc. (VREIT), formerly Vista One, Inc., was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 24, 2020 to own, manage, operate and engage in the leasing of income-generating real properties. The Company did not have any business operation since its incorporation until the infusion of assets to its property portfolio under a property-for-share swap with the subsidiaries of Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc. (VLL).On April 18, 2022, the SEC approved, among others, the change in its corporate name as well as the change in its primary purpose to engage in the business of a real estate investment trust. The Company's principal investment strategy is to invest, on a long-term basis, in a diversified portfolio of income-generating commercial real estate assets strategically located within VLL's integrated developments or in key urban areas.VREIT's property portfolio consists of 10 community malls and two office buildings. The community malls are located in Las Piñas City as well as in the provinces of Cavite, Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga, and Cebu, while the office buildings are located in Taguig City and Bacoor City, Cavite.
