Company Profile
SBS Philippines Corporation (SBS) was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on July 17, 2001 originally as Sytengco Philippines Corporation. On November 18, 2014, the SEC approved the Company's change in name to the present one. The core of SBS' operations is in the trading and warehouse distribution business as the Company generally procures chemicals by bulk and sells and distributes them to market customers in relatively smaller quantities. The Company sells chemicals that are used in manufacturing processes and as components of or ingredients in other products.

SBS offers a selection of chemical products to service the following industries: food; industrial; agribusiness, feeds and veterinary care; pharmaceuticals; and personal care and cosmetics. The Company has warehouse facilities and distribution depots located in Quezon City, Mandaluyong City, Malabon City, and Marilao, Bulacan. The Company also expanded its horizon for growth by making strategic investments in property-related assets and businesses.

The Company's subsidiaries include SBS Holdings and Enterprises Corporation and Lence Holdings Corporation.
