Megawide Construction Corporation (MWIDE) was incorporated on July 28, 2004 to primarily as a general construction company and has then expanded its business by creating a partnership with the Philippine government through its participation in the Public Private Partnership (PPP) program.

The Company is an active proponent in the government's infrastructure program. MWIDE and its subsidiaries have completed and are in the process of pursuing several projects including the Philippine School for Infrastructure Project Phases 1 & 2; Paranaque Integrated Transport Exchange; and the construction of Terminal 2 of the Mactan-Cebu International Airport, among others.

As of December 31, 2022, MWIDE's subsidiaries include GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation; Megawatt Clean Energy, Inc.; Globemerchants, Inc.; Megawide Land, Inc.; Megawide Cold Logistics, Inc.; Megawide Construction (BVI) Corporation; MWM Terminals, Inc.; Megawide International Limited; Megawide Construction DMCC; Megawide Construction (Singapore) Pte.
