Century Peak Holdings Corporation (CPM), formerly Century Peak Metals Holdings Corporation, was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on December 30, 2003. CPM's primary purpose is to promote, operate, manage, hold, acquire or invest in corporations or entities that are engaged in mining activities or mining-related activities. The Company further expanded its primary purpose by including investing in real estate development and energy, which the SEC approved on March 18, 2010.On November 11, 2019, the SEC approved the change in the Company's corporate name to the present one to reflect the inclusion of a secondary purpose in its articles of incorporation. CPM's secondary purpose is to engage in and carry on general construction and construction-related activities, land reclamation and development activities, real estate development or any real estate activities, mining activities and mining-related activities, power and energy activities and power and energy-related activities in the Philippines.The Company has five subsidiaries namely, Century Peak Corporation, Century Peak Mineral Development Corporation, Century Peak Cement Manufacturing Corporation, Century Sidewide Smelting Incorporated, and Century Hua Guang Smelting Incorporated.Source: SEC Form 17-A (2023)
