The company operates five significant mines through its subsidiaries:
- Rio Tuba Mine: Located in Palawan and operated by Rio Tuba Nickel Mining Corporation.
- Taganito Mine: Situated in Surigao del Norte and operated by Taganito Mining Corporation.
- Tagana-an Mine: Also in Surigao del Norte, operated by Hinatuan Mining Corporation.
- Cagdianao Mine: Located in Dinagat Islands and operated by Cagdianao Mining Corporation.
- Dinapigue Mine: Found in Isabela and operated by Dinapigue Mining Corporation.
