The primary purpose of CDC is to acquire and develop suitable land sites for residential, office, commercial, institutional, and industrial uses.As of December 31, 2023, CDC has two subsidiaries namely, City & Land Developers, Incorporated and Cityplans, Incorporated (CPI).
