Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. (SLI) was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on December 6, 1996 under the name Zipporah Mining and Industrial Corporation to engage in mining. In 2007, the SEC approved several changes in the Company after it underwent a restructuring program, including the change in corporate name to the present one. Also in 2007, SLI became a public company via a backdoor listing. SLI's portfolio consists of horizontal and vertical properties across the country, as well as a shopping mall in Cainta, Rizal named Sta. Lucia Mall. The Company's clients comprise of families, overseas Filipino workers, foreign investors, retirees, young urban professionals, and newly-married couples, among others.The Company's subsidiaries are Sta. Lucia Homes, Inc. (SLHI) and Santalucia Ventures Inc. (SVI). SLHI is engaged in property development and construction, while SVI is engaged in marketing and advertising.Source: SEC Form 17A (2023)
