The company primarily focuses on the development and sale of memorial lots across various locations in the Philippines. In addition to memorial lots, it also develops, constructs, and operates columbarium facilities. On January 27, 2021, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved its name change to the current one.
The company’s deathcare business operates under the "Golden Haven" brand, with 35 developments nationwide. HVN offers columbarium services within selected memorial parks, including a 20,000-vault columbarium beneath the Sanctuario de San Ezekiel Moreno, a chapel built by the company along C5 Road, Pulang Lupa, Las Piñas. Additionally, HVN provides memorial chapel services in Las Piñas and Pampanga.
HVN offers a variety of memorial lot sizes and price points within its established memorial parks and those under development. The company provides four main lot packages: lawn lot, garden niche, family patio, and family estate. For purchasers of family estate lots, the option to construct a mausoleum is available, with design and construction required to meet HVN's specifications. HVN also offers mausoleum construction services, available at an additional cost.
