Company Profile
Ayala Corporation (AC) was founded in 1834, incorporated on January 23, 1968, and was listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange in 1976.

AC is the holding company of the Ayala Group of Companies, with principal business interests in real estate and hotels; financial services and insurance; telecommunications; water; industrial technologies; power; and automotive, outsourcing, and others.

In June 2021, a shareholders'; agreement was executed among AC, Philwater Holdings Company, Inc., AC Energy and Infrastructure Corporation (ACEIC), and Trident Water Company Holdings, Inc. as part of the closing actions for the latter';s subscription to common shares in Manila Water Company, Inc. (MWC). This resulted in the deconsolidation of MWC and its subsequent classification to investment in associate.

The significant subsidiaries of AC as of December 31, 2023, are Ayala Land, Inc., Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc., and ACEIC.
