Company Profile
Zeus Holdings, Inc. (ZHI) was originally incorporated on December 31, 1981 as JR Garments, Inc. to primarily engage in garments manufacturing, distribution and export. On September 9, 1996, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the change in the Company's name to its present one, and a change in its primary purpose to that of an investments holding company. ZHI subsequently discontinued its garment operations in 1996 and disposed all its asset and liabilities relating to the garments operation.

In 2000, ZHI Holdings, Inc. (ZHIHI) acquired a 98.533% equity stake in ZHI. In 2001, ZHIHI sold approximately 0.53% of its equity therein. Thus, ZHIHI retained a 98% equity stake in the Company. In June 2007, ZHIHI further sold off its 93.5% equity stake in the Company to various entities, with Zamcore Realty Corporation as the largest stockholder holding 26.65% equity in the Company.

On July 13, 2009, pursuant to its business plan of venturing into the mining industry, ZHI entered into an operating agreement with Olympic International Sales Corporation (Olympic), whereby ZHI was appointed as operator of Olympic's mining claims in the municipalities of Carrascal, Cantillan, and Madrid, Province of Surigao del Sur. To date, the Mines and Geosciences Bureau has yet to issue the Mineral Production Sharing Agreement.

As of December 31, 2022, ZHI has no commercial operations.
