(PLUS), formerly known as Leisure and Resorts World Corporation, was originally incorporated on October 10, 1957, as Atlas Fertilizer Corporation, focusing on the production of fertilizers and industrial chemicals. Following a corporate restructuring in 1996, the company amended its primary purpose in 1999 to engage in real estate development, particularly in the leisure sector. On February 28, 2023, it officially adopted its current name.
