Security Bank Corporation (SECB), incorporated on May 8, 1951, commenced operations as a commercial bank on June 18, 1951. In 1994, SECB received approval from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) to expand its services as a universal bank, marking a significant milestone in its history.
