Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. (RRHI) was established on February 4, 2002, with the primary objective of engaging in the trading of goods, commodities, and merchandise of various kinds. The company's retail journey began with the opening of its first Robinsons Department Store in Metro Manila in 1980. Over the years, RRHI has expanded its operations across multiple retail segments, including supermarkets in 1985, the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) sector in 1994, convenience and specialty stores in 2000, and drugstores in 2012. Additionally, RRHI launched a chain of community malls in 2015.
RRHI's core retail operations are categorized into six business segments:
- Supermarkets: Offering a wide range of grocery and household items.
- Department Stores: Featuring clothing, accessories, and household goods.
- DIY Stores: Catering to home improvement and construction needs.
